The Spencerport Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to "Dock" (bring) your business into Spencerport!

The facts are that in the Town of Ogden:

• Supply exceeds demand for office space. 

• Nobody wants empty storefronts and offices in the Spencerport/Ogden area. 

• Everyone benefits when our business district looks vibrant and healthy

We are providing this program as a convenience for business owners considering a move into the Spencerport/Ogden area. 

This program is aimed at helping you, the property owners, advertise your Ogden commercial rental properties.

Dock your Business in Spencerport is a free service to our Chamber members and is updated monthly. In 2018, this service is free to all program participants.

How to Apply

To submit the details of available space in the Ogden business districts, complete the form below.

For all Ogden commercial building owners, it’s free to advertise in 2018. 

Starting in 2019, non-members will need to pay a fee to have their space listed, it will remain a free service for Chamber members. 

You will receive a monthly email from the Chamber confirming your space is still available. The post will remain on the website until you either notify the Chamber to remove it, or, stop replying to the monthly email.
