I am 5th degree Master Instructor Richard Kanous II, my primary goal is to teach self control, self discipline, and respect for others through the practice of Unified Tae Kwon-Do. At TKD ROCS we encourage individual improvement and help build self confidence. Our students range in age from 5 to 75 and quickly improve balance, agility, coordination and self-confidence!
